Payment methods
You top up a balance in euros on your account and pay only for what you send. You choose the amount and the payment method inside the panel, on the Buy balance page.

Pay by card
You pay on Stripe's secure payment page. We do not see or store your card details.
As soon as the payment is complete, the balance is added to your account within a few seconds, without waiting for confirmation from us.
Bank transfer
You choose “transfer” on Buy balance and see the details of our bank accounts. The balance is added to your account after we confirm the transfer.
Notes
- Prices are shown excluding 24% VAT. The final amount you pay is shown before you confirm the order.
- There are no “credits” or units. The balance is money, so you always see what you have left.
